Lunchtime EXPRESS Classes

Barre Fitness combines movement, stretching, gentle weights and balance for a full body workout

What better way to break up the day, than with movement…

20 minute express classes will fit into your lunchbreak and give you a burst of endorphins to get you through the rest of the day! We have 4 different classes on offer, why not try them all?

Mondays: Barre Fitness (bend and stretch your way to a full body workout)

Tuesday: Breathe & Flow (combine your breath and movement in a guided dance class)

Wednesday: Belly Dance (shimmy, twist and circle your hips, you will be amazed how many muscles you will use in this fun class)

Thursday: Meditation (slow down and take a moment to focus, learn some new meditation techniques)
