GULTEN
Gulten is a performer and teacher from Adelaide, South Australia. Being of Turkish heritage and having grown up immersed in Middle Eastern culture, she has a profound understanding and respect for belly dance. Gulten has been performing and teaching technique for over five years. Levels of technique she teaches range from beginners to advanced. Her ability to explain technique in simplified terms and to create combinations and choreographies using these various techniques in a fun yet professional manner has made her popular with many belly dance students.

DANIELLE
A dancer since the age of 4, Danielle has a wide dance experience in ballet, jazz, National (European) Folk & contemporary, and has regularly traveled interstate for Belly Dancing to attend workshops with renowned dancers from both Australian and overseas.  She became a professional belly dancer a couple of years ago, dancing at  restaurants, Weddings, Hens Nights and corporate/private functions.  More recently she has been working with children, running both fitness workshops & children's birthday parties.
Danielle instantly fell in love with belly dance from her first lesson 10  years ago, and continues to learn other disciplines (such as classical indian, flamenco & hip hop) but considers Belly Dancing the only dance form that celebrates our differences, It  encourages the individual dancer to  develop her own style and interpret the music and dance in her own way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


LIYANA

Liyana is a gifted and highly sought after instructor with more than 10 years experience, teaching students and teachers alike in Melbourne and Adelaide.  She has an extensive dance background and a natural flair for teaching.  Liyana is passionate about safe dance practice and teaches technique that is gentle on the body, strengthening core muscles and taking pressure off the joints.

This engaging dancer has performed at various functions around Australia and has been a regular guest performer with Melbourne’s leading middle eastern band ‘Yalla’.  Liyana has studied and performed in Egypt and is celebrated by Egyptian and western audiences alike for her authentic Egyptian style.
